American Banker, New York Trade Publication since 1885, met with Richard Easton II in his stylish offices at 14 Wall Street NY across from the New York Stock Exchange.
Easton established the EASTON® brand in 1985, creating EASTON BANK SF in San Francisco, trading marketable securities, until receiving an all cash offer from Merrill Lynch in 2000. The deal closed in three weeks. Easton took a year off to travel, buy a penthouse in Paris, then continue in New York 2001.
EASTON still specializes in trading but now at taking high-net-worth clients to Private Placement Programs wherein Easton is a Partner of the Trade Platform.
The Swiss Family Office has Trade Desks in Geneva, London, Dubai and Singapore. PPP Trading exists to benefit worthy projects and stimulate economic markets worldwide. All Swiss Family Trades are overseen by the European Central Bank (ECB).

Trading clientele pledge cash, financial instruments, even stable coin, but at no time are clients’ assets at risk. Assets are set aside or blocked to support the Traders’ signature lines of credit. Credit line funds are taken to Trade at historically high profits to clients.
Few qualify for PPP. “PPP is a billionaire boys club with barriers to entry like any exclusive club,” according to Easton, “We deny 95% of opportunities presented to my firm for various reasons,” leaving AB wondering - What Reasons?
Easton Explains >
”Client, Bank and Bankers failure to cooperate, or pretending to own the asset, but in all fairness, the same is true for the 95% pretending to be Real Trade Platforms. Sifting through the nonsense is a nightmare for our Trade Platform and Clients.”
Non-Solicitation Rules & Regulations require prospective interested parties to request a conference call with EASTON®.
AB found Easton to be uniquely transparent compared to investment bankers we meet every day, and his directors are younger than their counterparts at other banks:
“I recruit and promote smart, ambitious men and women, ahead of their age trajectory, straight from top firms,” Easton continues:
“Now in our 41st year, we most appreciate our clients without we wouldn’t be here.
That age old adage it´s not what you know but who you know were never truer than in trading today, although we will say it is a little of both. We unlock countless doors.
We also work with people we like. Since we invest our own money, we simply see no other way,” concludes Richard Easton II
